POST /v1/completions has been removed. Requests to it return 410 with the error code endpoint_removed.

It was the legacy text-completion endpoint, which OpenAI also lists as legacy in its Completions API reference. Send the prompt as a user message to Chat Completions instead:

POST /v1/completions       {"model": "...", "prompt": "Say hello"}
POST /v1/chat/completions  {"model": "...", "messages": [{"role": "user", "content": "Say hello"}]}

Responses and Messages accept the same models if your client speaks those APIs.
